Mission, Vision, and Values

Our Mission

To prevent and relieve food poverty in Greater Manchester

Our Values

  • That every individual deserves well-being, a good quality of life, to be educated, feel empowered and be happy.
  • To be concerned with the needs of others, and to be considerate, polite, courteous, and respectful to all at all times.
  • To offer no judgement, being open to all, regardless of whether they follow any faith or none.
  • To provide staff and volunteers with support and opportunities for development, and to recognise and reward their contributions.
  • To minimise negative environmental impact in our work.
  • No proselytising

Our Vision

  • A Greater Manchester community that has access to emergency food 3675 days of the year.
  • Like-minded partners work with us to meet the needs of the community.
  • People co-operate and care for each other, and nobody is left to live in isolation.
  • People have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to work in an environment of their own choosing.
